EXERCISE!!!!

How long do you think it takes to loose weight? Well, not actual weight, but fat. I'm am on a mission to see how long it will take me to erase the last five years I have been sitting on my ass while my butt and thighs just kept getting bigger, and bigger. How much exercise will it take.

THE PLAN

Walk 3 miles a day at lunch.
Exercise plan 3-4 times a week - Sporatically.

Let's see how far that gets me.
